About First Review

Hi, I'm Fadhillah. I used to help TikTok decide what stays up.

Now I help creators and small businesses stay ahead of the algorithm, so it never gets the chance to shut off your ad dollars in the first place.

My story

I was behind the scenes of the policy, and the people enforcing it.

I worked in AI data annotation for content safety, training the systems that flag your videos before a human ever sees them, and training the human reviewers who make the judgment calls the AI can't. That's the part most people never see: the grey areas, the context a policy document can't capture, and how brutal it feels to get rejected for something that was never actually a violation.

I reviewed policy violations across 70+ markets, on thousands of creatives, ads and TikTok Shop videos. I know exactly which words, transitions and product claims trip the wire, and just as importantly, which false positives are worth fighting.

Who this is for

Solo creators

Your content is your income. One auto-flagged video shouldn't be the reason a brand deal or payout falls through. I check your scripts and cuts before they go live, in plain language.

Small teams and SMEs

You don't have a compliance team. You have me. I review your ad creative and shop content batch by batch, so campaigns launch on time, not stuck in appeal for weeks.

Keep it free

The blog is free. The audits are the business.

Everything I publish, the policy breakdowns, the automod post-mortems, the "why was this actually flagged" deep-dives, is free to read. That's on purpose. I spent years on the other side of the review queue; the least I can do is make that knowledge public instead of gatekeeping it behind a course.

This content stays free because readers keep the lights on. If a post saved you a rejected ad or a banned account, a coffee goes a long way.
